This month, we are excited to introduce our Future-ready behaviors guide that describes the AI and human skills that we are prioritizing for our entry-level new joiners. Additionally, we highlight a range of initiatives and insights focusing on the evolving role of AI in business and education. From our recent faculty webcast on Responsible AI and AI Agents, now available on the Faculty Resource site, to PwC’s Human Skills Project aimed at preparing a future-ready workforce, this collection showcases how human skills and responsible innovation remain at the forefront of AI adoption. We are excited to share our Future-ready behaviors guide including the AI and human skills that we are prioritizing for our entry-level new joiners. We describe each skill, explain its business application, and include a classroom example. In addition, we define the 30 AI and human skills we have identified as priorities for our current employees and highlight their practical relevance. Building human skills for a future-ready workforce
