Leading enterprises leverage PwC and Gemini Enterprise to modernize data, enhance decision-making, and responsibly scale AI adoption.

New York, NY — October 9, 2025— PwC US today announced its continued collaboration with Google Cloud to help clients advance their AI journeys using Gemini Enterprise, an agentic platform designed to bring the full power of Google’s AI to every employee and every workflow. Through this collaboration, PwC is guiding enterprises across sectors to responsibly adopt AI, unlock data-driven insights, and transform operations to drive measurable business outcomes.

From healthcare to retail, PwC will help organizations put Gemini Enterprise into practice to address complex challenges and unlock new opportunities. By combining PwC’s sector expertise with Google’s AI technology, clients can rapidly deploy AI agents that enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and improve customer and employee experiences.

“Gemini Enterprise is another valuable capability in the toolkit we bring to clients,” said Patrick Pugh, Global and US Alliance Ecosystem Lead, PwC. “By combining PwC’s industry expertise, our agent OS, and Google Cloud’s AI foundation, we’re helping organizations responsibly scale AI and drive meaningful business outcomes. It’s about giving clients practical ways to turn strategy into action and realize measurable impact.”

In addition to helping clients adopt Gemini Enterprise, PwC is accelerating transformation through its proprietary agent OS. While enterprises can build agents natively with Google ADK and Gemini Enterprise, leveraging Google’s Gemini models, PwC’s agent OS acts as the switchboard behind intelligent agent deployments. It connects homegrown agents, third-party SDKs, and platform-native tools in a secure, scalable way — enabling interoperability across the enterprise technology stack, enhancing governance and compliance, and reducing deployment times by up to 10x compared to traditional methods. Gemini Enterprise provides the technology foundation, while PwC’s agent OS serves as an accelerator, giving clients a practical, cross-platform path to responsibly scale agentic AI and capture measurable business value.

The need for this kind of acceleration is urgent. According to PwC research, 70% of technology, media and telecommunications companies worry about losing ground to competitors already using AI — yet only 23% have modeled the actual impact on growth or margins. Agent OS, in conjunction with Gemini Enterprise, helps close that gap by enabling organizations to move from experimentation to enterprise-grade AI adoption with speed, security, and trust.

PwC is also putting Gemini Enterprise and agent OS into practice within its own business. With a signed license agreement, PwC has rolled out Gemini Enterprise and next-generation language models, integrated PwC’s agent OS with Gemini Enterprise , and built applied solutions with 150+ agents across 30+ workflows, including Store Operations, Healthcare Agent Hub, Customer Service, SOX Compliance, SecOps and even an Agent Hub for Data Modernization. This data suite of agents supports data modernization, business analytics, data assessment, and migration at scale. These real-world applications demonstrate PwC’s commitment to responsibly scaling agentic AI internally while bringing the same capabilities to clients.

"Gemini Enterprise will provide the centralized platform customers need to bring the best of Google AI to every workflow and every employee,” said Victor Morales, VP of GSI Partnerships, Google Cloud.

“Together with PwC, we will provide customers with the industry expertise and technical knowledge needed to accelerate their AI journeys and solve their most ambitious challenges with Google's leading technology."

PwC and Google Cloud have a long history of partnering to deliver results for clients. One example of impact comes from a leading healthcare enterprise that partnered with PwC and Google Cloud to modernize its health data ecosystem. By using Google Cloud technology alongside PwC’s industry and technology expertise, the organization was able to improve data accessibility, strengthen compliance, and accelerate the deployment of AI-driven insights across its operations. These advancements are helping the company improve patient outcomes while creating greater efficiency in how critical health data is managed and used.
