Roberto Berry is the VP Global Compliance Officer for Stellantis and also the North America Assistant General Counsel for International Affairs for FCA US LLC. His responsibilities include compliance with Economic Sanctions, Export Controls, Due Diligence, Human Rights and other matters. He has worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years.

Zee has served as Business Chief Risk Officer for Enterprise Services since March 2015 after establishing ES Risk at Capital One. As Capital One continues its technology and data transformation, Zee is currently responsible for Risk Management across Enterprise Services including Technology, Enterprise Product & Experience (EPX), Brand, Enterprise Supplier Management, Global Workplace Services, External Affairs, Capital One Ventures, and Capital One Software.

Zee joined Capital One in 1999 and has worked in the United Kingdom, France, Spain and most recently the United States. He has experience in many functions within the company including Information Technology, Risk Management, Regulatory Relations, Data Management, Credit Review and Business Continuity. Pippa Malmgren

Lee-Anne Mulholland

Lee-Anne Mulholland has spent nearly 20 years conducting internal investigations, building compliance programs, and representing companies and individuals before regulatory agencies across the world. She began her career as a Barrister in the North of Ireland, where she successfully handled jury and bench trials, appeared before the UK Supreme Court, and represented family members of individuals who were killed by the British Army during a civil rights march in 1972 before the internationally-chaired Bloody Sunday Inquiry. Chris Nelson

Chris Nelson leads Microsoft’s global Compliance & Ethics organization (C&E). C&E spans investigations, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and compliance operations, and is known for using technology and AI to remediate and mitigate risk at scale. Chris was also recently appointed to lead operations for Microsoft’s legal department, including contracting, outside counsel engagement, records management, and legal technology and infrastructure. Before Chris led C&E, he spent time in Microsoft’s Competition Law Group, with a focus on EU competition enforcement, consent decrees, and merger remedies.

Sara Putnam is a Partner in PwC's Forensic Services practice and a Risk & Regulatory leader focused on the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. She is a recognized specialist in forensic accounting, regulatory compliance, and investigative matters, advising leading global technology and digital platform companies on complex regulatory, enforcement, and transactional challenges.

Sara has over 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate evolving global regulatory regimes, with a focus on regulatory transformation, compliance modernization, and risk governance. She works closely with executive leadership teams to design and implement scalable compliance infrastructures that address emerging requirements across jurisdictions.

As PwC's Global TMT Risk leader, Sara collaborates across PwC's global network to deliver integrated, cross-border regulatory insight combined with industry-specific expertise. Her work spans major digital regulatory frameworks, including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), the EU Digital Markets Act (DMA), and other global policy developments shaping the digital economy.

With a background in forensic accounting and investigations, Sara has led complex matters involving fraud, anti-corruption, financial reporting issues, and dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions. Her experience includes advising on high-stakes internal investigations and regulatory inquiries, as well as supporting organizations through compliance enhancements and remediation efforts.

Sara received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Economics and Communications from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Ms. Putnam is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("AICPA") and completed the Wharton Executive Education program on Building Trust in AI.

Emmanuelle (Emm) Rivet serves as Chief Risk Officer, overseeing firmwide risk management strategies, operations and risk identification and mitigation, helping the firm to build and maintain trust with clients and deliver quality outcomes. Her focus is on driving the strategic vision of the risk function to be responsive to the needs of clients and the firm while rapidly addressing the fast-changing risk landscape.

A 30-year PwC veteran, Emm has deep global and tech acumen and a strong understanding of client services and firm operations across the lines of service. She has built diverse teams and worked in and across different countries. Most recently, Emm led the global network’s Technology sector, as well as the US Media and Telecommunication sector, supporting teams in developing impactful and innovative solutions that address the industry’s unique challenges and deliver strong business outcomes for clients. John is a Principal who is the Risk & Regulatory Platform Leader and the Global FCU leader within PwC’s U.S. Consulting Services.  He has more than 30 years of technology and control experience.  John works with our largest and most complex clients to transform, enhance, and remediate both compliance and risk management programs across multiple industry sectors.  He is a frequent speaker at industry forums and conferences, such as the National Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) and other compliance/ audit-related forums.  

He specializes in assisting companies respond to sensitive regulatory actions and consent orders.  He has built a strong team that brings together regulatory experts, strategy consultants, operational specialists, and technology/ data professionals to build leading programs that prove to be both efficient and well controlled.  Many of the solutions that he has piloted with his clients have become industry standards, such as segmentation and optimization for surveillance systems, alert risk scoring, and methodologies for sun-setting detection scenarios.  He also has extensive experience working with large technology platform companies helping to bring insight and control infrastructure/ frameworks as they respond to increasing regulatory scrutiny.

Before joining PwC, John was the Global Head of Technology Audit for a large investment banking firm.  In this role, he led a technology audit team consisting of 60 individuals responsible for assessing the firm’s internal control structure, raising awareness of control risk, providing advice to management as they developed control solutions, and monitoring the implementation of management’s control measures.  He also established advanced analytics and forensics testing group within the firm’s Internal Audit department. 

John previously worked as a Principal at a global professional services firm, where he led the Compliance Technology Enablement Group for the New York Financial Services Office.  He served as the engagement partner for several large-scale, high-profile regulatory projects to help financial services firms remediate deficiencies with their compliance programs.  As engagement partner, he worked with senior compliance officers, operations executives, and technology leaders to implement regulatory-mandated solutions, resulting in the lifting of enforcement action for clients. 

Prior to entering the corporate world, John served as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Army.  He was stationed in Germany, Bosnia, and the United States and responsible for training and deploying soldiers to collect, analyze, process, and deliver comprehensive intelligence reports to senior combat commanders.  While stationed in Germany, he deployed a 24-person team to Sarajevo, Bosnia and managed the day-to-day operations of the United States National Intelligence Cell, which provided real-time intelligence to peacekeeping forces within Bosnia.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and two Masters of Business – one from Columbia Business School (finance and strategy) and one from Fordham Business School (Accounting).
