Global Lead-Oculus for Business
Humanizing the autonomous enterprise
February 5-9, 2020 | Carmel Valley Ranch, Carmel, CA
The Emerging Tech Exchange at the AT&T Pro-Am 2020 hosts senior business leaders charged with successfully transforming their organizations using the right combination of people and technology. At this Emerging Tech Exchange on “humanizing the autonomous enterprise,” we’ll explore how to integrate new and existing technologies seamlessly into our businesses and lives, and how they can amplify our strengths and humanity.
New PwC research covering hopes and fears around automation and technologies revealed that people believe technology will change their day-to-day jobs for the better and many are hopeful it will help them get more done and lead to better career opportunities. As business leaders, how do we harness the best technology has to offer to enhance our workforce and productivity? How do we scale new technologies and upskill our workforces along the way?
Our agenda will include insightful thought leaders, discussion partners and hands on experiences to help you develop the knowledge and the network to guide your business into the future.

One of the most exciting events on the PGA TOUR, the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am pairs top golf professionals with Hollywood celebrities and professional athletes. The action unfolds on three of the Monterey Peninsula’s premier golf courses — Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course and the Shore Course at Monterey Peninsula Country Club — with all tournament proceeds benefiting Monterey Bay charities. Since 1947, the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am has culminated with a final round on Pebble Beach Golf Links, consistently ranked by Golf Digest as the greatest public golf course in America.
We welcome you and your guest to join us at PwC’s exclusive hospitality tent at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am on the 18th green Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Transportation will be provided to and from Carmel Valley Ranch to the courses.
9:30 am - 2:30 pm
Enjoy a behind the scenes tour of sculptor Richard MacDonald’s private studio and foundry. Located on the beautiful California coast, his Monterey studio is where the magic happens – from ideas created in the artist’s atelier to the bronze sculptures forged in the state-of-the-art foundry. The Monterey studio is also committed to inspiring the next generation of artists by giving them a space in which to work, learn, and master their craft.
After a private tour of the foundry, enjoy lunch in historic downtown Carmel and a visit to his gallery.

At the heart of Carmel Valley Ranch’s 500 acres, winding through the core of the resort from the valley floor to the bluffs, is the Carmel Valley Ranch Golf Course. As the only Pete Dye design in Northern California, the par- 70 course has earned a reputation for its stunning views and friendly wildlife. It’s playable for group outings and challenging enough for serious competition.
8:30 am - 12:00 pm
Discover the splendor of Monterey by sea on an open water adventure exploring Monterey Bay by kayak. Embark on a guided tour that will make the kayaking experience one of discovery and education.
