Svitlana Kozhushko

Svitlana Kozhushko is a Director with International Tax and Transfer Pricing Services group in New York. She has been assigned from PwC Kyiv/Ukraine Tax & Legal Services Department.

Svitlana has more than 19 year experience advising local and multinational clients on various Ukrainian corporate and individual tax issues, international tax matters, transfer pricing issues, assisting clients with tax planning and tax compliance matters. She has specialised on the development of tax efficient holdings, management and operational structures, and corporate restructurings.

Svitlana provided tax services to multinational and local companies in various industry sectors like to manufacturing, agriculture, retail and consumer, pharmaceutical, real estate and other industries.

Svitlana also advised the Ukrainian tax authorities on the issues related to the development of Ukrainian transfer pricing legislation as well as corporate taxation rules for cross-border transactions. She also acted as a board member of the Ukrainian branch of the International Fiscal Association.

In 2012 - 2013 Svitlana worked with the International Tax Structuring and Transfer Pricing Services group at PwC Moscow.

Svitlana is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and holds a Master degree in Business Administration “Finance Management” from the Kyiv State University of Economics (Ukraine).
