As the US Shared Services Leader at PwC, Sam is responsible for helping global organizations drive complex Corporate Functional Transformation (CFT) programs that increase capabilities, efficiencies and flexibility.
Sam’s 20+ years of experience in strategy advisory consulting and delivery crosses many industries and spans end to end strategy, design and implementation. His strength is helping clients to determine the “best fit” operating model, guiding them through process redesign, digitalization/automation, location support, outsourcing and organizational design.
Sam also has significant experience leading and driving global functional teams in support of multinational strategic clients. He teams with executive leadership and program enablement teams to execute across HR, communications, IT, facilities and legal.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of the Ozarks.
