Luis is a Partner with the PwC International Tax Services (ITS) team in New York. Luis has over 17 years of experience advising U.S. and foreign-based multinational companies on all aspects of conducting business in a global economy.

Luis assists clients in a variety of areas, including intellectual property migration and planning, integrated holding and financing company structures, solutions for cash redeployment and repatriation, intercompany financing, cross-border merger and acquisition strategies, effective tax rate reduction techniques, and foreign tax credit planning.

Luis has extensive knowledge of both U.S. and foreign tax rules, and regularly works on large multi-jurisdictional transactions and restructurings.
