Leslie O’Harrow

Leslie is the New York Metro Practice Team Leader within PwC’s Specialized Tax Services (STS) practice. STS is dedicated to implementing large, complex tax planning strategies for companies across a multitude of industries. Leslie has spent 20 years providing R&D tax credit and incentives consulting services to both private and public companies in PwC’s London, New York, and Los Angeles offices. She manages a diverse team of accountants, attorneys, and technologists.

Leslie also serves as the Lead Inclusion Partner Champion for PwC’s Tax practice. In this role, she collaborates with practice and people leaders to create and implement talent management strategies that allow all staff to feel welcomed, valued, respected, and heard. Leslie also leads PwC’s Shine Network, an employee resource group for LGBTQ+ staff. In this role, she is responsible for setting strategy and making policy recommendations for how PwC can best attract, retain and advance LGBTQ+ professionals. Leslie's mission is to raise the visibility of successful LGBTQ+ role models and lead the local office affinity networks to better engage, support and advance PwC's diverse professionals.

Leslie received her undergraduate and Masters in Taxation graduate degree from the University of Alabama, where she currently serves as a Board of Visitors committee member and co-leads the Culverhouse Business Women’s Initiative program. Recently, Leslie graduated from the Hudson Institute and obtained her certificate in Executive Coaching. She is a certified public accountant in California, New York, and Georgia.
