Jennifer Fahey

Jenny began her career with PwC in 1994. She has experience in providing tax consulting, compliance and tax provision services to a wide range of businesses, including companies in the services industry. In her career with PwC, Jenny has been responsible for all phases of planning and implementation of various tax strategies.

Jenny has experience in providing tax services to private companies, especially those with extensive international operations. She has substantial experience in closely-held companies and their shareholder relationships, multi-tiered flow-through entity structures, and in related transfer of ownership tax issues. Jenny is also responsible for coordinating the work of our specialty tax practices for her clients, such as international tax services, state and local tax, and transfer pricing. In addition, she has worked in all areas of IRS examination support from field audits through tax court.

Jenny holds a B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and an Associate Board Member for the Zoological Society of Milwaukee.
