Geoffrey Armstrong

Geoff Armstrong brings his background in economics, international affairs and law with his passion for client service to his role as leader of PwC's Transfer Pricing Group in Philadelphia. He supports clients with their international tax strategies and is our network liaison to the Industrial Products sector and PwC Germany. Geoff assists clients with all aspects of transfer pricing - including tax planning, tax compliance, and tax controversy and dispute resolution, including U.S. and non-U.S. audit defense at the state and federal levels, and Advance Pricing Agreements. His clients range from large global companies to mid-sized privately held domestic companies, and span most industries from chemicals and pharmaceuticals and life sciences to consumer products, technology and retail. Geoff is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and cultivating long-term relationships. He leads a team of professionals with diverse technical skills, including economists, attorneys and accountants, who share his commitment to clients.
