Frank Douglas is a principal with PwC’s Transfer Pricing practice based in our New York office. With over 15 years of experience, Frank has advised clients in the U.S., Europe and Japan on tax planning opportunities, Advanced Pricing Agreements (APA), tax controversy negotiations, TP documentation analyses, and FIN 48 risk assessments. Areas include developing, implementing and defending principal structures, managing bilateral APAs, implementing residual profit split analyses for functionally-integrated multinationals, and conducting valuations of business entities in conjunction with corporate restructurings. Frank’s experiences cross many industries and he today focuses the insurance industry.
