Overview
Elizabeth has more than 24 years of experience in HR transformation, including strategy, operating model, service delivery model (including shared services), and process and systems implementation. She leads large, multinational organizational assessments, implementations, and people initiatives geared to advance organizational changes, embed new culture, and drive effective transitions in a transformation environment.

Relevant Experience
Successfully led the global deployment of HR shared services and HR applications in more than 80 countries over a four-year period, including core HR and other enabling technologies for a global CPG organization. Led the Asia Pacific implementation of a Shared Services Center to support the human resources, finance, and accounting, and IT/IS functions for services deployed to 16 countries across 53 companies.Globally responsible for the overall delivery of a $102 million multi-tower (finance and HR) ERP and shared services implementation, deploying solutions to over 40 countries across eight releases.
