Successfully led the global deployment of HR shared services and HR applications in more than 80 countries over a four-year period, including core HR and other enabling technologies for a global CPG organization. Led the Asia Pacific implementation of a Shared Services Center to support the human resources, finance, and accounting, and IT/IS functions for services deployed to 16 countries across 53 companies.Globally responsible for the overall delivery of a $102 million multi-tower (finance and HR) ERP and shared services implementation, deploying solutions to over 40 countries across eight releases.
