I am a Trust Solutions partner working in PwC’s National Office. I’m also a husband, father of two great kids, divemaster, history buff and regular instructor on a variety of accounting topics.
I’m PwC’s lead leasing partner. I help clients and PwC professionals apply leasing and related guidance to a wide range of transactions for both lessees and lessors. I also work with our thought leadership team on various lease publications, webcasts and podcasts and other materials. Prior to joining the National Office, I was a partner in our Consulting Solutions practice. I have practical experience evaluating real estate and various equipment leases, the impact of acquisitions, dispositions and modifications under ASC 840, as well as ASC 842 and their related interpretations.
