Global GBS Practice Champion, PwC US

Cara is a Senior Manager within PwC’s Finance Transformation practice in Consulting Solutions. She is based out of the New York City office.­­ She has 6+ years of experience in working with organizations to assess, design and optimize their automation and operating model strategy to reduce costs, leverage emerging technologies, and enhance differentiating capabilities to become industry leaders. She believes the intersection of sourcing methodology and people strategy is key to setting an organization up to achieve long term success.

Cara works with clients across industries - including technology, professional services, hospitality and industrial sectors. She has advised Fortune 500 clients on shared services and outsourcing assessments, design, and implementation for their global Finance, HR, and IT functions. She has led global PwC and client teams of 50+ team members to successfully transition over 400+ FTEs to Shared Services and Outsourcing sites.­­ As the Global GBS practice champion, Cara is responsible for building and coordinating with PwC’s global network of 1,500+ practitioners in over 30 countries, developing the latest thought leadership on GBS trends and opportunities for clients, and designing go to market strategies with firm partners.

She has a BA in English and Psychology from Lafayette College and MBA from Fordham University.
