Prior to joining PwC, Andy was a Vice President & Senior Partner at IBM Consulting where he drove the AI-first strategy and growth of their HR BPO business.

As Managing Director of PwC’s HR Managed Services business, Andy works with clients to identify and deliver opportunities to streamline international payroll operations and HR service delivery with client-specific managed services solutions that improve service quality and reduce cost.
