In this combined November/December newsletter, we once again spotlight our Future-ready behaviors guide, which outlines the key AI and human skills we’re emphasizing for new joiners. Future-ready behaviors guide

In case you missed our previous newsletter, we are highlighting our Future-ready behaviors guide again, which includes the AI and human skills that we are prioritizing for our entry-level new joiners. We describe each skill, explain its business application, and include a classroom example. In addition, we define the 30 AI and human skills we have identified as priorities for our current employees and highlight their practical relevance. PwC's Talent Acquisition and Development Leader on how AI is reshaping training for junior employees 

Margaret Burke, PwC’s Talent Acquisition and Development Leader, explains how PwC’s “AI + Human Skills Immersion” program prepares junior staff for how AI is changing how they work. She notes how the firm redesigned training to pair AI capabilities with essential human skills through hands-on, business-relevant exercises – helping new hires contribute quickly and share new skills with senior colleagues through reverse mentoring.
