Future-ready behaviors guide

In case you missed our previous newsletter, we are highlighting our Future-ready behaviors guide again, which includes the AI and human skills that we are prioritizing for our entry-level new joiners. We describe each skill, explain its business application, and include a classroom example. In addition, we define the 30 AI and human skills we have identified as priorities for our current employees and highlight their practical relevance.
