Latest acquisition furthers PwC's journey to become a true digital business partner
New York, NY - April 13, 2023 - PwC US announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of InfoCycle, LLC, a firm that specializes in helping information-intensive and highly regulated companies implement mature information governance programs.
The proposed acquisition will further position PwC to bridge the needs of C-suite executives to achieve their data agenda while managing risk. Combining the talent and expertise from InfoCycle with PwC’s strong data risk capabilities will help clients across industries manage their full information lifecycle. The deal is anticipated to close in the coming weeks.
