I lead the PwC US Private Company Services Assurance practice, helping private companies grow with confidence through audit quality, strategic insight and trusted relationships. 

I’ve spent my career in PwC Private, providing services that are tailored to the unique needs of privately held businesses, including family enterprises, high-growth startups and private equity-backed companies. I advise clients with audit and business advisory services, while also assisting them with financing their businesses, international expansion, corporate governance, IPOs and other areas as they navigate the complexities that come along with business growth.
