Shawn is a Tax partner with more than 22 years of experience. He has a broad background in tax and teams with his clients to provide creative solutions to complex business and tax problems in need of resolution. For the last eight years, his focus has been on the delivery of high quality service to several Wealth Management Tax Service clients and working with his Partners on the overall growth of the Practice. His current clientele include large and medium sized financial institutions, along with several prominent family office clients.
Shawn has a B.A. degree in accounting from Grove City College and holds a Masters in Taxation from Robert Morris University. He is a CPA in Pennsylvania and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. From 2002-2006, he served as an adjunct professor in the Masters in Taxation program at Robert Morris University, instructing classes in partnership taxation and income tax accounting. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Chapter of Goodwill, as well as a member of the Robert Morris University School of Business Advisory Board.
