Peter Lee

Peter Lee is a Partner in PwC´s Global Transfer Pricing Group based in Dallas. Peter has more than ten years of transfer pricing and valuation experience and previous work has involved establishing global transfer pricing models for collateralized debt obligations and structured credit trading books for major investment banks, implementing global transfer pricing policies for start-up and established exchanges, advising on structuring loan transactions, developing new polices for intercompany services and cost sharing transactions, amongst others. Peter has extensive experience in advising on cross-border tangible and intangible asset transfers, global restructuring, advance pricing agreement ("APA's"), inbound IRS tax audits, and preparing transfer pricing planning and documentation studies. Along with his transfer pricing experience, Peter has an extensive background in the valuation of financial instruments and contracts, as well as business enterprises.
