Matias Pedevilla

Matias Pedevilla is a Transfer Pricing Principal in the Miami office of PwC. With extensive experience in global and regional documentation and planning projects, he is the leader of our Global Coordinated Documentation ("GCD") service offering. In addition, he is the Transfer Pricing Latin America Coordinator in the US, leading the Transfer Pricing Latin America Business Center. Matias has extensive experience in the coordination and management of global and regional planning, restructuring and documentation projects. He has been heavily involved in the management of transfer pricing audits in the Americas. In addition, he assisted in developing PwC’s Transfer Pricing practices in several Latin American countries. Matias has more than fifteen years of experience conducting intercompany pricing studies and devising solutions to complex international tax, investment, and pricing problems faced by large and emerging multinational corporations in a variety of industries. He has likewise developed several techniques for recognized non transfer pricing issues such as economic cycles, competitive or legal conditions and country risk issues that significantly impact the results of companies in emerging markets, primarily in Latin America.
