I bring together an evolving workforce of bright, diverse people + leading edge technology and products. Relying on broad, international experience in M&A, divestiture, reorganization and debt service, I’ve helped industrial industry clients find a path through complex transactions, US policy and SEC requirements.

By enabling our people to work immersively with clients, I help deliver technical and creative strategies that add real value.

Lasting relationships are key. I serve on the Oswego Alumni Board and love time spent outdoors with my family—boating, golfing and watching the Yankees.
