Jason Becker

Jason Becker has more than 15 years of public accounting experience, including 13 years in PwC's International Tax Services (ITS) group. He is responsible for international tax planning and compliance, supervising staff, and coordinating the delivery of foreign services on several multinational engagements. He has significant experience in the design and implementation of global holding company structures, tax-efficient financing techniques, cash repatriation and redeployment, global migration structures, and IRS controversy support.

Jason is a member of PwC's national Global FS ITS team dedicated to financial services clientele and he is responsible for developing cross border strategies and structures in the banking, capital markets, alternative investments, and real estate industries. Jason also regularly assists clients with the structure and design of new funds and investments, tax communications to fund investors, U.S. withholding tax planning and compliance, and large scale international tax compliance. He has deep technical expertise related to passive foreign investment companies, and has co-authored a private letter ruling in this area.
