I’m the global leader of PwC’s International Tax Services practice — and a husband, dad to canines, mentor, mentee, vlogger and podcaster.
I help clients understand how a wide range of global and local developments may affect their businesses and then work with them to accomplish their goals. That includes technology-enabled consulting services for acquisitions, dispositions, structuring of tax-efficient business models, intellectual property planning, integrated foreign holding companies and treasury management structures.
