Chris Murray is a Transfer Pricing Partner based out of New York City. Chris has over 13 years of experience in transfer pricing and has worked in Australia, the U.S. and the Middle East (where he was responsible for establishing PwC's transfer pricing practice in 2009). Chris' experience includes leading many large-scale and complex value chain transformation projects for multinational organizations. Chris is currently assisting multiple Fortune 100 companies in formulating and implementing supply chain optimization and global profit alignment strategies. His experience includes conducting inter-company pricing studies and devising solutions to complex international tax, and pricing issues faced by large and emerging multinational corporations. Chris has compiled a vast number of pricing and applied statistical modelling tools to conduct sensitivity analyses of inter-company pricing strategies for services and the valuation of intangible property, particularly in the VCT context. Chris has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of Advance Pricing Agreements, ruling requests, and in the management of transfer pricing disputes.
