In my 28 years at PwC, I’ve gained a wealth of global deal knowledge. I’ve lived and worked in Chicago, Tokyo and Amsterdam helping clients with complex transactions including spin-offs, IPOs, divestitures, acquisitions, SEC reporting and GAAP conversions. I also oversaw nearly 6,000 PwC partners and staff as the Central Market Managing Partner and spent three years as a Professional Accounting Fellow at the SEC. These experiences equipped me with the skills to help our clients succeed in their investments.
