Arielle Berlin

Arielle Berlin is a Director in PwC’s Governance Insights Center, which strives to strengthen the connection between directors, executive teams and investors by helping them navigate the evolving governance landscape.

Prior to joining the Governance Insights Center team, Arielle was a member of PwC’s Office of the General Counsel where she focused on corporate governance, including serving as Assistant Corporate Secretary of PwC’s Board of Partners and Principles.

With over 20 years of corporate law experience, Arielle brings significant experience in corporate governance and legal strategy. Her expertise encompasses corporate entity structure and board governance.

Arielle earned a BA from Brandeis University and a JD from George Washington University Law School. She lives in New York with her husband and two children.
