MBA Consulting Preview

Consulting Preview is designed for students entering into their first year of business school, pursuing a Masters in Business Administration, and who self-identify as members of traditionally underrepresented minority groups in the professional services industry, protected veterans, female and/or individuals with disabilities.

Consulting Preview is an excellent opportunity for you to confirm your future career objectives and to become better acquainted with PwC’s consulting practice during this two-week internship experience. Throughout the internship, you’ll obtain practical experience and develop your consulting capabilities. Individuals will complete a consulting project based on client-simulated business issues with the support of assigned firm mentors and project sponsors all while developing their leadership and technical skills.

 


About Consulting Preview

The Consulting Preview internship will provide you an opportunity to develop your consulting capabilities, leadership skills and exposure to firm and Consulting education.

Program Dates: July 10, 2023 - July 21, 2023

  • Consulting Preview is a two-week internship experience providing individuals exposure to the firm and consulting at PwC while developing your leadership and technical skills
  • Experience the world of consulting at PwC as you complete a consulting project, applying problem-solving, analytical and consulting skills while learning more about our business
  • Gain exposure to our partners, principals and client service professionals through networking and formal and informal shadowing opportunities
  • The two week paid internship experience will include both virtual and in person components

Consulting Preview interview experience

Our recruiting process allows you to get a feel for our culture, our people and available opportunities. If you are selected for an interview, we’ll reach out to you to schedule live, virtual interviews with PwC professionals.

Selected individuals will be invited to complete two live virtual back to back interviews prior to the program and one final interview during the program. All interviews will have both behavioral and case components. We leverage technology during the interview process to provide you with increased flexibility.

Program eligibility

  • To be eligible for Consulting Preview, students must self-identify as any of the below:
    •  A member of either traditionally underrepresented racial and ethnic minority groups within the professional services industry (Black or African-American, Hispanic or Latino, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, or two or more races),
    • A Protected Veteran, 
    • An individual with a disability,
    • Female.
  • To be eligible for the Consulting Preview internship, students must be entering into their 1st year of MBA school, pursuing a Masters in Business Administration.

When is the Consulting Preview internship experience?
PwC’s Consulting Preview is a two week paid internship experience scheduled for the summer of 2023. The internship experience will include both virtual and in-person components.

What is the length and dates of the Consulting Preview internship experience?
PwC’s Consulting Preview is a two-week paid internship experience. For 2023, the dates will be July 10 - July 21. The in-person days are July 19 - 21.
