New group and proprietary tools help organizations scale AI adoption and drive enterprise-wide transformation with Google Cloud

PwC today announced it is deepening its strategic alliance with Google Cloud through the launch of a new, dedicated Gemini Enterprise Center of Excellence (CoE). This strategic initiative is distinctly focused on helping organizations scale AI adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes using Google Cloud’s AI technologies.

By combining technology, proprietary assets, and top-tier resources from both companies, the creation of this practice is designed to help drive rapid AI transformations and unlock sustained business value for organizations across the globe.

Accelerating customer value with dedicated AI resources

To help enterprises achieve measurable ROI from their AI investments, PwC has structured the CoE around highly specialized technical talent. Key highlights of the CoE include:

  • A specialized, deeply integrated team dedicated exclusively to the Google Cloud ecosystem.
  • Elite customer-facing engineering resources closely aligned to the Google Cloud product stack and enterprise Gemini deployments.

By embedding engineers directly into client initiatives, the CoE drastically reduces the friction of adopting complex AI architecture, accelerating the time it takes to deliver value from AI for customers.

A New Era of Collaboration

The launch of the CoE signals a new level of collaboration between Google and PwC. It creates a powerful synergy designed to enable end-to-end AI solutions by seamlessly bridging the gap between advanced technical capabilities and practical business applications.

"This Center of Excellence represents the strong combination of Google's cutting-edge technology and customer-facing engineering resources with PwC's unmatched industry and functional expertise," said Matt Hobbs, Cloud, Engineering, Data & AI Lead, PwC US. "Together, we are moving beyond AI experimentation, providing our clients with the dedicated talent and tools required to deploy generative AI at enterprise scale to deliver real business outcomes."

“To realize the full potential of generative AI, organizations need robust solutions that bridge cutting-edge technology with practical industry application,” said Kevin Ichhpurani, President, Global Partner Ecosystem, Google Cloud. “PwC’s new Center of Excellence and its suite of tools will help our mutual customers confidently scale AI adoption, automate complex workflows, and unlock new levels of productivity across their organizations.”

Helping clients scale AI across the enterprise

A key focus of the Google Cloud AI CoE is enabling organizations to operationalize AI across core business functions. This includes transforming customer experience through Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience, where PwC is helping clients deploy AI-powered agents to deliver more personalized consumer interactions in retail, streamline patient operations in healthcare and drive finance transformation via agentic workflows across industries.

Introducing new tools to accelerate AI adoption

PwC also announced new capabilities designed to help organizations accelerate the design, deployment and orchestration of agentic AI solutions:

  • Enterprise data agents, a PwC ecosystem of 30+ data-focused agents, built using Gemini models, to drive trust in AI-outputs. These agents are dedicated to data quality, including agents that map data lineage, handle governance and certification, create ontology, track semantic or schema changes and impact to code, and agents that let your teams talk to their data in plain language. It also includes agents for governance, policy enforcement, and auditability embedded directly into execution workflows, helping organizations meet regulatory requirements and responsible AI standards without slowing innovation.
  • Task analyzer helps organizations assess existing processes and operating models to identify high-value opportunities for AI-driven automation and agentic workflows.
  • Scaffolding enables users to translate business requirements into AI-enabled workflows using natural language. The solution designs future-state processes, incorporates human oversight and generates code, reducing development timelines from months or weeks to days or minutes.
  • Agentic commerce discoverability diagnostic, a PwC capability that measures whether AI assistants recommend your brand, how you're positioned vs. competitors, what's driving the gaps, and how to address them.

These solutions complement PwC’s broader portfolio of AI offerings and data capabilities, to help clients build a strong data foundation and scale AI responsibly across the enterprise.
