Only 23% of respondents say that their organizations are actively helping reduce the environmental impact of their job.
Many will cite that their organizations are taking a position on ESG, but it's often quite academic and quite abstract and really quite hard for them to relate to in their own individual job.
What's clear is that employees want to be part of the solution, and it's incumbent on organizations to embrace their employee base such that they can be part of the solution and help create the reduction in the environmental footprint that everybody is seeking.
