20-Year Veteran Brings Leadership Skills and Extensive Client Service to the Growing Market
ATLANTA, Ga., October 7, 2013 – PwC US today announced the appointment of Reggie Walker to Managing Partner of the firm’s Greater Atlanta market, effective immediately. In his position, Walker will be responsible for leading a team of more than 1,600 professionals in PwC’s Atlanta, Nashville and Birmingham offices.
Walker succeeds Gary Price, who led PwC’s Greater Atlanta market for seven years and oversaw tremendous growth in both revenue and headcount, nearly doubling the size of PwC’s practice. Price was recently named the firm's Chief Administrative Officer and Partner Affairs Leader, operating out of the New York National Office.

Walker brings more than 20 years of experience serving global clients, primarily in the retail and consumer products sector. He advises companies on strategic and operational issues such as new market entry, global business risks, organizational change and the use of technology to enhance business operations and the quality of customer interaction.

In Walker’s previous role as the market leader for the Advisory Services practice in Atlanta, he served as the central point of contact for all advisory engagement teams serving the firm’s clients throughout the region. Under Walker’s leadership, PwC’s Atlanta Advisory Services practice achieved double-digit annualized growth over the last five years.
Walker is also active in the Atlanta community. He currently serves on the boards of the Atlanta Area Council of The Boy Scouts of America, where he has also served as the fundraising chairman for the Peach of an Athlete Banquet and the annual Camp Card campaign, and TechBridge. Additionally, Walker has served as the chairman for the annual campaign for The Georgia Center for Nonprofits. He is also an active supporter of The United Way and the Woodruff Arts Center.

Walker received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama.
