According to the alternative fund managers we surveyed, investors see performance as very significant. The difference with the past is that performance is measured in outcomes rather than just absolute returns.
Face-to-face access prized above all else
Even amid the current technology explosion, the ability to look a client in the eye is more valuable than any kind of digital engagement, according to many fund managers.
