Malcolm Lloyd leads PwC’s Global Deals practice of over 20,000 talented professionals.
With over 25 years experience focused on high profile mergers and acquisitions, he has worked with clients around the world supporting all aspects of a deal. Specialist experience includes originating M&A opportunities, executing buy/sell side due diligence, restructuring complex business portfolios and responding to business crisis situations.
As a founding member of PwC's International Deals practice, Malcolm has advised on many large corporate and private equity transactions, with particular experience in Energy, TMT, Consumer and Health Industries.
Based in Spain since 1996, Malcolm is a member of PwC's Spanish Executive Board, and lead the firm's Deals practice in the Spanish market. He is also a member of PwC's Global Advisory Leadership Team and EMEA Executive Team.
Malcolm holds a MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge.
