Will Wilbraham

Will is a manager on our UK tax desk in New York. He has been assigned from the South-East region of PwC UK.

Will has more than 5 years’ experience providing tax services to multinational companies. His clients are primarily US multinational companies investing into the UK, as well as UK clients investing into the US and other territories.

He has specialist experience on finance and treasury, intellectual property, cross-border structuring as well other international tax issues.

Will holds a degree in Physics (MPHYS) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
