Oscar Teunissen

Oscar Teunissen is a partner in the New York office of PwC and is the US Tax Strategy Leader. Oscar has over 20 years of experience in advising both hedge funds, private equity funds and infrastructure funds on complex cross-border tax matters. He also is specialized in setting up global management company structures. Six of these years were spent practicing in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

Oscar focuses his efforts on the tax aspects of treasury management, global structuring, international reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients on transactions involving a variety of financial products, derivatives, structured finance products, and tax-efficient international investment strategies.
