Chris’ passion is helping clients turn complex problems into practical, business oriented solutions. He advises on the accounting and reporting aspects of Deals and leads our National CMAAS practice for the Technology Sector. He works collaboratively with client teams to effectively work through change, whether caused by a transaction or regulatory change.

Chris has nearly 20 years experience in the technology sector and has worked with many top tier clients in the sector. Chris has advised his clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, SEC and internal investigations, restatements as well as numerous IPO’s. He successfully lead teams at several multinational technology companies through their implementations of the new accounting standards as well as the complexities arising from the rapid evolution of their business models.

Chris is known for his ability to build strong relationships with clients that allow them to address together their complex transactions in a trustworthy manner. Chris is results oriented and delivers quantifiable results quickly and is known for the energy and positivity/passion he brings to projects. He is also known for his ability to collaborate with others to identify and build highly focused and effective teams to deliver value.

Chris loves presenting and teaching and is a regular speaker at a variety of external events, webcasts and M&A roundtables, including PwC’s Revenue Recognition Bootcamp, which he leads.

Chris is a California CPA and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
