Summary of experience

Rob has over 13 years of experience serving a broad range of technology companies and has extensive experience in managing integrated audits of financial statements and internal controls over financial reporting. Rob has significant experience dealing with complex issues facing semiconductor companies including revenue recognition, stock based compensation, international expansion, public equity and debt offerings, acquisitions, spin-offs, and divestitures.
 

Rob completed a tour in PwC's National Professional Services Group in June 2010 where he was assigned to the SEC Services group. In this role he provided consultation and advice on accounting, reporting, and auditing matters to SEC clients. This entailed staying current on developments in SEC policy and practice as well as monitoring PwC's audit clients' conformity with SEC policy and practice by reviewing initial public offerings and secondary offering registration statements as well as periodic reports. In addition, he has also participated in the development and delivery of speeches and courses surrounding technical accounting matters and SEC reporting.

Rob holds CPA licenses in Colorado and California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.
