Bisnis, Jakarta – Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) of the Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Ministry is tendering six toll segments with a total investment value of Rp88.37 trillion.

Based on BPJT’s data per 9 March 2022, the six toll segments tendered are Jembatan Balikpapan-Penajam Paser, Bogor-Serpong via Parung, JORR Elevated (Cikunir-Ulujami), Patimban Access, Kamal-Teluknaga-Rajeg, as well as Sentul Selatan-Karawang Barat toll segments.

Moreover, Jembatan Balikpapan-Penajam Paser toll segment spanning 7.35 kilometres that requires an investment of Rp15.53 trillion will be continued after the technical document is finalised by the Highways Directorate General.

Meanwhile, Bogor-Serpong toll segment via Parung is entering the tender prequalification announcement stage. The project spans 31.1 kilometres with a total investment of Rp8.9 trillion.

Next, JORR Elevated (Cikunir-Ulujami) spanning 21.5 kilometres with an investment value of Rp21.56 trillion is currently in the offer document submission process. Then, Patimban Access toll segment is entering the tender process of preparing the addendum final tender documents.

Kamal-Teluknaga-Rajeg toll segment tender is currently in the permit negotiation process, while Sentul Selatan-Karawang Barat toll segment is currently in the tender prequalification announcement process.

On the other hand, BPJT logs that 4 toll segments are currently in the tender preparation process, namely Semanan-Balaraja, Malang-Kepanjen, Cikunir-Karawaci, Kediri-Tulungagung toll segments. Meanwhile, toll segments that are in the tender preparation process are segments that are preparing their tender documents, including the support requirements and guarantees.

Previously, the government was also holding a tender to conduct the feasibility study on the toll road access to the new capital from Balikpapan. The procurement targets a consultation service construction enterprise using the procurement selection-prequalification method that considers two aspects, quality and cost.

The tender uses the 2022 state budget (APBN) with a budget ceiling of Rp8.75 billion, and the package’s self-assessed price (HPS) reaches Rp8.74 billion.
