    Global Pride 2024 – Together We Shine

    At PwC, we’re proud of our LGBT+ community. We’re proud of the progress we’re making towards inclusion across the globe — and there’s still much more work for us to do.

    That’s why we launched our global LGBT+ inclusion strategy in 2023: to focus our efforts on inclusion, allyship, networking, and cultivating a culture of belonging.

    Over the last eight years, we’ve worked hard to expand our LGBT+ Shine inclusion networks from nine to 35 networks globally.

    We’re committed to raising the voices of our LGBT+ role models and driving meaningful change within PwC — and around the world.

    But now is not the time to be complacent. The LGBT+ community still faces immense challenges and bias.

    We must continue to speak out, to drive change, so we can build a better tomorrow together.

    Let’s all celebrate Pride — because it’s our time to shine. This month, and every month.
