Our focus on inclusion unlocks the power and potential of our people

Driving gender inclusion with purpose

Gender equity

We’re fostering the conditions for women to thrive, grow and lead—at every level of our network. Supporting them to shape their careers, seize opportunities and reach their potential wherever we operate.

In 2026, we’re seeing real momentum:

26.6%

Globally, 26.6% of our FY25 partner admissions were women

24%

Women now represent 24% of our global partner population

49%

of our people across the network are women

36%

of our Global Leadership Team are women

Where progress meets purpose

We combine focus and action to deliver an inclusive talent culture from day one—so everyone, regardless of gender, can shape their careers and reach their full potential.

Gender inclusion is a central part of our network inclusion first strategy, and we work closely with our firms driving progress together.

We’re increasing visibility of women role models to help our people see what’s possible and how they can advance in across different business areas and leadership roles.

Marking International Women’s Day (IWD) 2025

For IWD 2025, we spotlighted voices from across our network gathering insights from over 40 senior women leaders and translating them into a career advice toolkit designed to empower careers at every level helping people move forward with focus and purpose.
