With your vast experience in finance and business functions as a C-suite executive, we would like to help you stay at the cutting edge of your profession. The CFO Programme will complement your experience and put you on a fast track to gaining the globally trusted and highly valued Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation. Under this fast-track programme, hosted by PwC’s Academy, candidates will only take the Strategic Case Study exam of the CGMA qualification and upon completion of the exam will allow direct entry to CIMA membership.

Programme flow

1. Candidate submits a detailed CV
2. CIMA admits the candidate into the programme
3. Candidate attends a comprehensive online preparatory course
4. Candidate takes the Strategic Case Study exam
5. Candidate files application for CIMA membership
6. AWARD – CGMA® Qualification & CIMA Membership*

This programme is open to:

CFOs, CEOs and senior management who have previously worked in finance.
Candidates who hold membership of a recognised professional accounting body, a finance-related degree, or an MBA/Masters in Accounting.
Professionals with at least ten years of management
experience in finance or senior business functions.

This programme is available for a one-off fee:

Regular price: GBP 6,000 (excluding VAT), which includes the following:

Registration fee as a CIMA student
Exemption fees for 15 CIMA exams
Comprehensive preparatory course consisting of pre-course work, individual pre- and post-course consultations with the tutor, 8-week (51 hours) live online revision and case study course, revision mock complete with a minimum of 10 mini mocks and 3 mock exam practice sessions under timed conditions
Fee for the CIMA Strategic Case Study exam
Membership application fee

CIMA will review the CV and make assessments for both eligibility into the programme and confirmation of practical experience. The CIMA exam should be attempted within 12 months of registration with CIMA.
