  • Manitoba - State of emergency extended: Manitoba has extended its state of emergency to September 23, 2021.

  • Quebec - Vaccine passport: Starting September 1, 2021, access to certain non-essential activities for those aged 13 and older will require the vaccine passport issued by the Quebec government. These activities include events and festivals, performance halls, sporting venues, casinos, cinemas, gyms, bars and restaurants. However, enforcement of this requirement will not start for operators of these activities until September 15, 2021. 

  • Yukon - State of emergency has ended: Yukon ended its state of emergency on August 25, 2021. The territory will instead focus on managing and living with the virus.
