Sabrina Fitzgerald

With over two decades at PwC in both the public and private company spaces, Sabrina Fitzgerald has worked with businesses of all sizes, in industries ranging from technology and real estate to manufacturing and retail. Her focus areas include mergers and acquisitions, succession and estate planning, remuneration strategies, corporate reorganizations, and corporate and personal tax integration.

Sabrina speaks regularly on innovation, disruption, and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and has authored several articles in PwC’s Wealth & Tax Matters and Canadian Tax Foundation publications. She specializes in helping companies maximize value, from structuring business and family affairs so that owners are ready for an exit, to tax minimization strategies and estate planning.

An active member of the community, she sits on the Executive of YPO-Ottawa Chapter, Committee for Gender Equality at the Ottawa Board of Trade, and has served as a board member for Canada's Technology Triangle and The Centre of Family Business and Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce. Previously, she was Chair of the Board of Directors for the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce.
