Sabrina Fitzgerald is the National Leader for the Private Clients team and a member of the firm’s Extended Leadership Team.

Sabrina has spent more than two decades understanding the business issues for owners and leaders of private companies.

She helps businesses solve their most pressing issues—from digital transformation and growth strategies to succession and tax planning. As a family enterprise advisor (FEA), she assists businesses with their continuity planning including assisting family businesses in the area of wealth transfer. She offers practical advice and tangible solutions to help her clients with what matters most.

Prior to her current role, Sabrina was the Technology Sector Leader. In this role she assisted clients in their growth and expansion strategy while minimizing tax impact to the overall business.

Sabrina is an avid speaker on various topics around structuring, strategy, growth and disruption. She is also a champion of PwC’s Women in Leadership program and has authored several articles in PwC’s Wealth & Tax Matters and Canadian Tax Foundation publications.

An active member of the community, Sabrina is a board member for Tree Canada and YPO-Ottawa. She also served as a board member for Canada's Technology Triangle and The Centre of Family Business and former chair of the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce.

Sabrina has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is a designated CPA, CA, FEA.
