Susan Martyn is a Senior Lawyer in the Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP working out of the Vancouver office.
Susan has more than 10 years of experience in the field of corporate immigration law. She advises corporate clients on a complete range of Canadian immigration issues including work permits, permanent residence, citizenship and admissibility. Susan has particular expertise in immigration compliance and regularly conducts immigration program reviews and advises on the drafting of immigration policies to minimize clients’ risk exposure. She has represented clients in a variety of industries including natural resources, engineering, construction, mining, digital media, retail and the financial services sector.
Susan is a frequent speaker at Canadian Bar Association, Continuing Legal Education and other client and industry events. She is also a regular author of PwC Law LLP client alerts, which highlight important legislative and regulatory developments in Canadian immigration.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (Honours) from the University of British Columbia and Bachelor of Common Law and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from McGill University. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of Alberta (Inactive) and the Canadian Bar Association. Susan can communicate in both English and French.
