Peter leads PwC’s Global Workforce practice, advising organisations on all aspects of work and workforce.
Peter focuses on helping organisations navigate the future of work, with particular emphasis on AI, skills and leadership. He works with boards and executive teams to turn change into practical outcomes that improve productivity, build capability and strengthen workforce trust.
He is PwC’s Global Workforce Leader, working with organisations around the world on the people implications of transformation.
Peter is passionate about helping organisations navigate the future of work, particularly the impact of AI on jobs, skills and leadership. He focuses on turning complex change into practical outcomes, supporting leaders to build capability, improve productivity and create workforces that people trust and want to be part of.
Peter regularly contributes to global conversations on the future of work. He leads PwC’s Hopes & Fears survey and co-authors the AI Jobs Barometer, helping business leaders and policymakers understand how work is changing and what it means for organisations and society.
A strong advocate for leadership and inclusion, Peter established PwC’s Leaders Solving for Tomorrow programme to support senior leaders in navigating disruption and building future-ready organisations. He is also committed to supporting veterans’ careers and continues his long-standing connection with the Royal Air Force.
