He is PwC’s Global Workforce Leader, working with organisations around the world on the people implications of transformation.

He focuses on turning complex change into practical outcomes, supporting leaders to build capability, improve productivity and create workforces that people trust and want to be part of.

Peter regularly contributes to global conversations on the future of work. He leads PwC’s Hopes & Fears survey and co-authors the AI Jobs Barometer, helping business leaders and policymakers understand how work is changing and what it means for organisations and society.

A strong advocate for leadership and inclusion, Peter established PwC’s Leaders Solving for Tomorrow programme to support senior leaders in navigating disruption and building future-ready organisations. He is also committed to supporting veterans’ careers and continues his long-standing connection with the Royal Air Force.
