Nadine is a Partner with PwC Law LLP and leads the Montreal Immigration practice. She has almost 20 years’ immigration law experience; her expertise lies in the areas of employee mobility and economic immigration. Nadine has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada, in the field of Immigration Law, for 2018.

With a career focused on business immigration, Nadine has served as counsel to Fortune 500 companies as well as to small businesses and individuals in all aspects of corporate and family immigration. She advises both foreign and Canadian-based companies and their employees on immigration policy, strategy and compliance matters to facilitate growth and tactical employee mobilization. As part of her well-established practice, Nadine supports clients navigate the ever-changing legislative landscape as they work towards obtaining their temporary status, permanent residence or citizenship.

Nadine earned her LL.B. from Université de Montréal, and Osgoode Hall Law School. Throughout her career, Nadine has served as a director of various non-profit organizations, corporations, and foundations. She is currently Chair of the immigration and citizenship section of the Canadian Bar Association, Québec Branch. She is also an Executive member of the Canadian Bar Association’s national Immigration section.
