Melodie Molina is a partner with PwC Law LLP’s Canadian immigration practice, where she provides assistance and advice to corporate clients and individuals with Canadian immigration issues, including obtaining employment authorizations, temporary visas, and permanent residence status. A Certified Specialist in Citizenship & Immigration Law, Melodie possesses extensive experience in working with large, multinational companies and organizations in the development and execution of their immigration programs and provides advice on immigration policy development and immigration compliance risk management.
Melodie obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa, and her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario. She first developed an interest in immigration law while working for a sole practitioner of immigration and refugee law in the Ottawa area. Prior to joining PwC Law, Melodie worked with the Appeals Chamber at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague, Netherlands.
Melodie has written several articles relating to immigration law, is a frequent speaker at conferences, client, and industry association events, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
