PwC US launches front office transformation success stories

SAN FRANCISCO, 19 November 2019 – Today at Dreamforce 2019, Salesforce’s annual software conference, PwC launched three new products all developed on Salesforce technology: The Connected Digital Front Office, Insurance Distribution Management Solution and GuestLive.

Consumer Goods clients are reimagining how they execute in the front office, and the need for speed, efficiency and insight has never been greater. As a design and pilot partner for Salesforce’s Consumer Goods Cloud, PwC developed the Connected Digital Front Office solution, built on Consumer Goods Cloud, which leverages analytics to enable increased productivity and drive profitable growth for companies across B2B and B2C in a single platform.

PwC's Insurance Distribution Management solution, powered by Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, empowers carriers with enhanced capabilities to engage clients, agents and brokers, manage relationships, track performance, enable self-service and deliver full visibility to their book of business. Insurance capabilities in Financial Services Cloud have reset the bar on how carriers can expect to serve up new capabilities to engage their customers and distribution network in this next era of market transformation.

PwC’s GuestLive solution is designed to transform the travel industry’s guest and employee experience. It provides frontline employees with actionable insights at key moments of each guest’s journey, including before, during, and after travel, to deliver better experiences, generate more value, increase efficiency, and build loyalty.
