Laura Hinton is the Territory Senior Partner at PwC Middle East and Chair of the firm’s Executive Committee. She brings more than 30 years of international leadership experience in strategy, transformation and organisational effectiveness. Before joining the region, she served as PwC UK and EMEA Managing Partner.

Maria Lalousis is the Chief People Officer at PwC Middle East and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. She leads the firm's people strategy, focusing on talent, leadership development, workforce planning, upskilling, nationalisation and rewards. Her focus is on strengthening culture and the employee experience to attract, develop and retain the talent needed for long-term growth.

Antoine Abou-Mansour is the Chief Operating Officer of PwC Middle East and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic execution and sustainable growth across the region, strengthening performance, accelerating transformation and delivering long-term value for clients, people and stakeholders.

Bivek Sharma is the Chief Technology and AI Officer at PwC Middle East and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. With more than 20 years of experience in technology and large-scale transformation, he helps organisations turn AI ambition into measurable business outcomes by connecting technology, data and operating models.

Ikram Al Mouaswas is the Chief Financial Officer at PwC Middle East and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. As CFO, she leads the firm's financial strategy and operations across the Middle East, supporting the firm's growth agenda, strengthening financial performance and enabling effective decision-making across the business.

Neil Broadhead is the Chief Risk Officer at PwC Middle East and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He leads the firm's risk, quality, ethics, compliance, legal, regulatory and corporate agenda, helping strengthen PwC Middle East's risk culture and ensuring risk management supports sustainable growth and innovation.

Dr. Mounira Jamjoom is the Chief Transformation and Change Officer at PwC Middle East and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. She leads critical transformation initiatives across the region, driving strategic alignment, innovation and execution at scale. Mounira is also a recognised advisor in the education sector across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Abdullah Tamer is the Middle East Clients and Markets Leader and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He leads PwC Middle East's Clients and Markets function, bringing together go-to-market strategy, priority accounts and marketing to strengthen client relationships and drive growth across the region.

Ammar Hindash is PwC Middle East's Consulting Leader and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He leads the Consulting business across the region, bringing together multidisciplinary capabilities across business reinvention, transformation, technology, operations and delivery to help clients address their most important and complex priorities.

Darrell McGraw is PwC Middle East's Assurance Leader and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He leads the Assurance practice across the region, bringing together industry expertise, technology and the strength of the PwC network to deliver high-quality audits built on trust, quality and client service.

Imad Matar is the Middle East Deals Leader at PwC and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He leads the Deals business across the region, helping clients create value through transactions, transformation and strategic investments. With more than 25 years of experience, he advises organisations on complex transactions and long-term growth strategies.

Jochem Rossel is the Middle East Tax & Legal Services Leader at PwC and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He leads a regional practice of more than 1,200 professionals across 12 territories, supporting organisations and governments on tax, legal, regulatory and strategic business matters.
