Antoine Abou-Mansour is the Chief Operating Officer of PwC Middle East and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic execution and sustainable growth across the region, strengthening performance, accelerating transformation and delivering long-term value for clients, people and stakeholders.
Prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Antoine led PwC Middle East's Deals Line of Service for seven years, overseeing the largest deals practice in the Middle East with a team of more than 900 professionals across the region. Under his leadership, the practice significantly expanded its scale, capabilities and market leadership position, supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from strategy through to execution and post-deal transformation.
With more than 30 years of experience advising private equity firms, multinational corporations, government entities and family businesses across the Middle East, Africa and Europe, Antoine has built deep expertise in strategy, value creation, business transformation, operational leadership and complex transactions. This experience underpins his leadership as Chief Operating Officer and his understanding of the Middle East's evolving economic and market landscape.
